I was raised to coach, teach and lead by my father, a coach, and mother, a teacher. I am a lifelong learner dedicated to the continual study of leadership, coaching, team building and peak performance. Developing leaders who coach is my passion and helping people pursue excellence is my obsession!

For over 40 years, I’ve been applying everything I learn about leadership, coaching, team building and peak performance to business. I began speaking and consulting full time in 1992 and have created keynote presentations, courses, workshops, seminars, breakout and coaching sessions that now make up THE MOORE LEADERSHIP & PEAK PERFORMANCE SERIES. In this series I share unique insights to help business owners, executives and managers become leaders who coach, motivate and inspire people to be their best. The series also includes sessions that help sales manager’s breakthrough and become sales leaders who coach, manage and develop peak performing salespeople.

My 37 years of industry specific knowledge enabled me to develop THE MAKING CUSTOMERS SERIES that addresses the specific challenges faced everyday by owners, executives, managers and employees in the homebuilding industry. The courses include education for professionals in the homebuilding, design center, sub-contractor, building supply and floor covering industries.

I’m also a futurist who began speaking about the Internet, technology and the ‘new economy’ in 1993. Today, I continue to help leaders address the challenges of this ‘new economy’. In 1996, I co-founded and developed Options Online, an award winning online design studio and operating system for the homebuilding industry, now available as Studio Chateau.
