Do You Work For An Idiot?

If your answer is no…you’re either blessed, the idiot or you’re reading this with your boss.

  • If your boss believes fear and intimidation are good motivational tools…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss wants to be liked or feared more than respected…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss talks about customer service but implements programs that favor the worst customers or company only…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss is more concerned with who’s at fault than how to fix the problem…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss is more concerned with corporate politics than what is best or the right thing to do…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss thinks being thankful is a sign of weakness…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss is more concerned with covering their behind than being responsible…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss thinks the truth is whatever serves them best…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss allows people to say, “It’s not my job”…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss doesn’t want to thank employees for a good job because they believe they are paid to do that job…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss can tell you what you’re doing wrong but won’t tell you when you’re doing it right…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss thinks no one gets it…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss thinks everyone is on the same age without making it that way…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss is more worried about their reputation than their character…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss spends money making things look good but won’t invest in the people to make things work right…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss never talks about the customer and how their decisions effect the customer…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss doesn’t give you credit for doing more than is expected of you…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss blames everyone instead of addressing the person with the  problem…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss expects you to be good at something without the proper training and time to develop the skill…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss holds meetings without a  purpose…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss avoids the employees with bad attitudes cause they aren’t bothering anyone…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss wants an excuse even if you have to make one up…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss allows people to treat each other badly and expects them to work it out on their own…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss cares more about profits than people…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss thinks training people because they might leave the company is a bad idea…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss leaves you working with people who aren’t trained…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss is more concerned about their next promotion more than yours…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss doesn’t communicate what they want well…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss is in denial of the reality…you work for an idiot
  • If your bosses response to new ideas is, we’ve always done it this way…you work for an idiot
  • If your boss gives you goals that meet theirs or the company needs and don’t include yours…you work for an idiot
  • If you work for a boss who disappears when things gets tough…you work for an idiot
  • If you work for a boss that thinks that with each promotion more people serve them…you work for an idiot
  • If y u work for a  boss you compares their employees to each other instead of asking for the best of each of them….you work for an idiot
  • If you work for a boss who doesn’t check the quality of people’s work…you work for an idiot
  • If you think your boss expects too much of you…you may be the idiot
  • If you’re self employed as I am…you’ll have to avoid being the idiot
